Basima Omar Abdulrahman is a structural engineer with experience in structural analysis and design. 


Abdulrahman gained hands-on experience in examining newly erected buildings while working in governmental institutions (Directorate of Irrigation in Duhok, Directorate of Duhok Governorate). In 2012, she was awarded a Fulbright scholarship that enabled her to pursue her Master’s degree in Structural Engineering at Auburn University, USA.

 Abdulrahman holds a LEED AP BD+C credential, where she is eligible for projects mandating the participation of a LEED professional. She is also familiar with WELL Building Standards concepts, features, and certification process. 

Basima is focusing her efforts to make the world a better place for local and global communities and future generations.
